1. Service Description SearchRegister provides website submission services to major search engines including Google, Bing and Yahoo, as well as business directory listing services. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that we submit your website to search engines and/or directories on your behalf. We can not guarantee ranking positions, or the speed at which your website will appear in search results. Search engine indexing is at the sole discretion of each search engine.
2. What This Service Is Not This service is not search engine optimization (SEO). We can not guarantee first page rankings, increased traffic, or any specific search result position. Results vary depending on your website’s content, age, authority and other factors outside our control.
3. Payment All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase you agree to the applicable pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Subscriptions Business Listings and combined packages are offered as annual subscriptions. Your subscription will renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
5. Refund Policy We offer refunds on a case by case basis within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, you must contact us directly at contact@oneinstacloud.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. Refund requests submitted through payment processor disputes or chargebacks without prior contact will not be honored and will be contested. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the service has already been delivered.
6. Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We maintain full records of all transactions and service deliveries and will contest any dispute where contact was not attempted first.
7. User Responsibilities You confirm that you are the owner of, or have the right to submit, the domain you provide. You agree to provide accurate contact information. You agree not to submit domains containing illegal, harmful or infringing content.
8. Limitation of Liability SearchRegister shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
